I ordered something recently, but now the design has changed. Why?
We're always updating, removing, and creating designs. So you may have ordered something and then come back later and noticed that the design was either gone or looks different from when you ordered it. We like to keep things fresh!
I can't find exactly what I want. Can I design my own?
Definitely! If we don't have exactly what you're looking for, you can use our Design Your Own feature. You'll find a wide variety of fonts to choose from, as well as the ability to choose the colors of your text and the design's background. Plus we have access to millions of images, so if you'd like to add an image to your design we'll try to find just the right one.
How accurate are the colors on various products? Are there variations?
Yes, there can be variations, for several reasons:
1) What you see on your screen may vary from the printed version, due to the difference between RGB
(which has light from your monitor shining through it) vs. CMYK (used for printing). Also,
your monitor's display may vary from someone else's monitor.
2) The printing process may vary slightly from day to day, batch to batch, etc.
3) Because our designs are transparent, the color of the item will show through.

Does SmartAssProducts.com manufacture/ship their own products?
No, we do not. We use CafePress for all aspects of fulfillment, including printing,
shipping, billing, and honoring our guarantee. If you have problems or questions

Will my credit card info be transmitted securely?
Yes. You can safely enter your credit card information via our secure server,
which encrypts all submitted information.
Will my credit card statement list SmartAssProducts.com as the merchant for my purchase?
No, it will not. CafePress will be shown as the merchant on your credit card
statement, even though you ordered from SmartAssProducts.com.
My order was declined! Why? What should I do?
Try again. Sometimes an order is declined due to human error, such as
incorrectly entering your credit card info (the account number, expiration
date, etc.). Perhaps you didn't enter the name on the account exactly as it
appears on the card. It's also possible that there was a glitch in the
verification process just as your order was going through.
If you try again and it's still declined, call Customer Service at
(877) 809-1659 and ask them to run it through.
Is my satisfaction guaranteed?
Absolutely! If you're unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an
exchange or refund. CafePress has an excellent reputation for outstanding

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Depending on the shipping method you choose it can take anywhere from two
days to several weeks. If you believe it's been sufficiently long for your

Are all designs available on all products, even if they're not shown?
Probably! We may have gotten lazy and not shown every product for certain designs,
but they're definitely available. If you're not seeing the design you want on
the product you want, just e-mail us
and let us know; please specify the design's name (e.g., "I'm pro-choice, and so is my mother")
and the product you want it on (e.g., "mousepad"), and we'll add it ASAP.

Probably. Most items can have the designs printed on the front, back, or both.
